This is 44-60 min. practice with a vigorous, fitness based approach. You can expect sun salutations combined with athletic moves that build strength, flexibility and stamina. This class is structured slightly differently than a vinyasa flow class - you will be challenged. There is room to explore, build resilience and to find your own personal edge. You can expect to wake up your body through poses that link movement to breath, clear your mind through the power of your breath and movement, increase your heart rate and end practice with shavasana. Intermediate and advanced practitioners are recommended for this style of yoga but all levels are always welcomed.
